Schwark Satyavolu is a General Partner at Trinity Ventures. Schwark makes early stage investments in security, artificial intelligence and finance startups, including Branch International, which is modernizing finance in emerging markets. A serial entrepreneur, Schwark co-founded two fintech companies – Yodlee (YDLE, acquired by Envestnet in 2015) and Truaxis (a Trinity portfolio company acquired by Mastercard in 2012). Before joining Trinity, Schwark served as Executive Vice President at LifeLock, the leader in identify theft protection services, and as Global Head of Rewards and Offers at Mastercard. An engineer by background, Schwark began his career at Microsoft after graduating with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and an M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is an inventor on 15 US patents and an avid collector of IoT devices for the home.
