Radiance Labs provides a Conversational Commerce Platform that uses AI technology, a conversation builder, and deep technical integrations to deliver a complete conversational experience across the entire purchase funnel from discovery to support. Prior to founding Radiance Labs, Vikas worked as the director of display advertising at Google. He holds a bachelors degree from IIT Delhi and a PhD from University of California, Los Angeles
