Technology, especially Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) has become the new "nuclear energy" which may be leveraged constructively to build communities or used destructively to create divides and manipulate electoral processes. This panel discusses what may be done to enable a balanced outcome wherein the positives may be reinforced and negatives may be minimized through a combination of legal steps and social awareness, with special emphasis on impact of social media on fragmentation of society & youth.
